What the site offers
The site presents information about the clinic and lets existing clients sign in to a personal area, see their animals and vaccinations, book an appointment, reschedule and sign documents from a link.
Who may use it
The personal area is for clients of the clinic, identified by the phone number on their record. Do not use another person's sign-in code.
Booking and rescheduling
An appointment made through the site enters the clinic's diary at once. Workload or a change in opening hours may require moving the time, and we will tell you if that happens. You may change or cancel up to the deadline stated in the message you received. A late cancellation or a missed appointment may incur a charge according to the price list.
Emergencies
The site is not an emergency channel. In an emergency call the clinic on 058-799-9999. The clinic operates 24 hours a day.
What the site is not
Information on the site is general and does not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a veterinarian. Do not rely on it to decide on treatment or a medicine dose.
Signing documents
A digital signature made through a link sent to you is as binding as a signature on paper. The link is personal and valid for a limited time.
Liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but uninterrupted, fault-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing here reduces our professional responsibility for the medical treatment itself.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and design of the site belong to the clinic. They may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and disputes belong to the competent courts in Israel.
