Accessibility Statement
Updated July 2026
Current state of accessibility
We treat the accessibility of this site as part of the service. The site has been tested and corrected so that it can be used with a keyboard alone and with screen-reader software, and we keep improving it.
The standard we followed
The site was adapted according to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013, and to Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA, which adopts the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
What is accessible
- Every link, button and field can be reached with the keyboard alone, in a sensible order, with a clear outline showing where you are.
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page, so you can reach the content without walking through the menu.
- Explicit names for buttons, links and form fields for screen readers, including the digital signature area.
- Text and background contrast meeting the standard.
- Text descriptions for images that carry information; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Pinch zoom and browser zoom are never blocked, on any page.
- Tap targets are at least 44 pixels.
- Form errors are shown as explanatory text that screen readers also announce, not merely highlighted in colour.
- An accessibility panel on every page (the round button in the corner): larger and smaller text, high contrast, a readable font, highlighted headings and links, animations off and a stronger keyboard focus outline. The panel is a convenience on top; it does not replace the work done in the code itself.
- The site works on desktop, tablet and phone.
What is not accessible yet
- The videos on the home page have no captions and no transcript.
- Documents sent for signature are produced as PDF files and are not fully adapted for screen readers. If you need the content another way, contact us and we will provide it as text or by phone.
- Content entered by clinic staff is shown in Hebrew even when the interface is displayed in another language.
- New pages or components may not yet have been fully tested. We would be glad to hear about any problem.
Scope of the review
The adjustments and the testing were carried out by us, with automated tools and by hand — walking the site with a keyboard and measuring colour contrast. No accessibility review was carried out by an external certified accessibility examiner, and no external professional opinion was issued. We state this explicitly so the information is accurate.
Accessibility of the clinic itself
This statement concerns the website. For questions about physical access to the clinic, please call us before you come and we will help.
